The Brief for this week was to create a poster using hand rendered type only. I chose the movie 'Edward Scissor Hands' as it was the movie that I knew the best out of the selection we were given and also many ideas sprung to my mind in response to Edward Scissor Hands. Although it had to be hand rendered type, I used 'Photoshop' to produce and experiment with my ideas first, creating different effects and seeing what works better.
I decided to create my own type instead of using a recognised font as I wanted to create that certain sharp effect in the typography.
